How do I receive my files?
Your files will be delivered digitally via email shortly after purchase—no physical item will be shipped. You will also receive some additional information to help make your experience easier.

What file formats are included?
You’ll receive high-resolution files in JPEG, PNG and PDF Print, designed for crisp, professional-quality printing.

What sizes can I print?
Sizes will come in a pre-determined size shared with you on the product page and in your email delivery. However, if you would like to print in a different size a Print and Ratio Guide will also be provided so you can see what your options are. Please be aware that we can only guarantee proper printing in the sizes we originally made the art in.
